This project is to develop and produce a highly efficient transfer equipment for liquid magnesium alloy solution. After multiple rounds of expert demonstration, the design proposed by our company was ordered and promoted within the company. The next step will be industry promotion.
Project technical innovations:
(1) A composite navigation system with laser SLAM + QR code assisted positioning is adopted, and the on-site environment requires almost no modification.
(2) A U-shaped clamping structure design is adopted, and there is no need to add lifting equipment to the original site. At the same time, the transfer bag is not more than 10CM above the ground during the transfer process, which greatly reduces the production safety risk.
(3) An unmanned intelligent handling and scheduling system is adopted, which can realize fully automatic unmanned operation. A very small number of on-site operation engineers can complete a large amount of handling work in the production process, reducing the input of logistics personnel and greatly improving production efficiency.
